Avocado Lime Dip

Every week in my house I make some kind of sweet potato fry or chip, or I use other vegetables like turnip or kohlrabi. This being the case, we need a dip! I make avocado lime dip in my house every week for these roasted veggie fries, and it also comes in handy on #tacotuesday. My avocado lime dip is completely vegan and completely good for you!

Here I serve my Avocado Lime Dip with my Summer Sweet Potato Nachos- you’ll have to have your teen girl sign up for my Happy Hungry Summer cooking retreats so she can learn to make this with me!

At my summer retreats the girls make avocado roses and do a ton of healthy foodtography!

For Avocado Lime Dip:

1 avocado, pitted

2 tbsp coconut oil
juice from two organic limes
sea salt to taste
cayenne pepper to taste

Pulse in the blender and serve in your cutest serving dishes. That’s it!
