Green Tea Matcha Donuts with PB Glaze

These Matcha Donuts are ready in under 30 minutes, and they pack the nutritional antioxidant benefits of green tea! Throw these into your backpack for a treat after school before your afternoon activities.

For the Matcha Donuts:

¾ cup rice flour

3 tbsp potato starch

3 tbsp almond meal

1 tbsp matcha powder

Juice from one lime

½ cup maple syrup

¼ cup water

¼ cup coconut oil

⅛ tsp salt

Mix all the ingredients together and pour them into a donut mold – bake for 15- 25 minutes at 350 degrees until the batter begins to brown or turn golden. This recipe makes 6 standard sized donuts or 12 of the minis.

4 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
4 tbsp maple syrup
