Happy Healthy Birthday Party

Happy Hungry Journey birthday parties are designed to get you channeling your inner “zen.” Have you ever left a birthday party feeling frazzled, scattered, or just downright sick with a tummy ache? At HHJ we work to give you more “OM” and less “ick.”

Take a deep, centering breath.

Parties kick off with individual warmup and meditation followed by partner yoga. Muscles need to be warm in preparation for partner yoga poses—safety is our priority.

You get to practice the joy of yoga in your own home.

Partner yoga is always the highlight of your birthday party!

Wrap up your yoga session with affirmation activities. At HHJ birthdays, all girls receive a card at the birthday party made by the entire group! Hang the card in your bedroom at home or in your locker at school as a reminder of all the ways you brighten up the lives of everyone around you with your shining light.

Inner qualities only!

By the time we’re done with yoga, meditation, and our affirmation conga line, you’ll have worked up an appetite. Head to the kitchen to swirl up some Pink Dragonfruit Smoothies and mix together some Cacao Bliss Bites. Learn how sweet birthday treats can be healthy and good for you!

Put your squad to work in the kitchen!

Communicate with us ahead of time if you want to prepare a full meal. We will work with you to find out your favorite foods, allergies, and preferences. We will come up with the exact menu you want to celebrate your healthy birthday!

Girls enjoy dragonfruit smoothies with falafel sliders, HHJ hummus, and salsa-stuffed avocados.
