International Yoga Day Celebration Recipes
August 1st, 2017
At the end of June I had the pleasure of teaching yoga at my friend Reema’s house to 25 beautiful moms and their daughters on International Yoga Day! Thank you Reema! I knew everyone would be famished afterwards, so I put out a spread that was California casual infused with Mexican flavors.
Here’s what I served to the smiling bunch:

These are an amazing alternative to traditional meat options on Taco Tuesday!
My Avocado Lime Dip is a party favorite thanks to its vivid hue. It’s the perfect vegan dip for all of your favorite roasted veggies!
These sliders are a fusion of Tex-Mex flavors with clean, light, healthy California-style preparation.
This gorgeous salsa packs a medium spice punch, and its beauty speaks for itself!
This dip channels my memories of time spent in South America gorging on this luscious spread, except in my version there is NO MILK AKA NO DAIRY in this dulce de leche dessert and fruit dip!!! Follow the link above to find out HOW.
These bliss bites are a light and healthy finger-food dessert or snack packed with antioxidants!
These are my #1 requested item at catering events! The Green Tea Matcha Bliss Bites above are a great alternative for folks who don’t like chocolate… say what!?
I hope you celebrated a healthy and happy International Yoga Day! I loved teaching yoga to the girls and their moms and then sharing healthy food with them afterwards!
