Red Bell Pepper Salsa

It’s amazing how homemade salsa tastes so much more delicious as compared to salsa you buy in a store in a jar with all those preservatives. Ugh! My salsa is completely fresh with nothing added!

This is all you need:

For Red Bell Pepper Salsa:

2 cups organic tomatoes

1 cup red bell pepper

1 cup cucumber

1/4 cup onion, we’re all so picky about onion— you choose how much!

3/4 cup cilantro

1/2 inch piece jalapeño, seeds and veins removed… well, keep the veins in if you want that heat!

cayenne to taste, depending on desired heat

sea salt to taste

makes 20 oz

Combine ingredients in blender. Do not over-do it, as we want chunks in there to experience the beauty of all these fruits and veggies!
