Our group wellness programming is Happy Hungry Journey’s signature offering! Summer and spring break are the perfect times for your teen girl to immerse herself in healthy approaches to wellness through yoga and healthy cooking. The confidence she builds on her mat coupled with our uncomplicated approach to cooking will set her up for a balanced approach when school gets busy. *Alumnae of Happy Hungry Journey summer programming are eligible for a refresher course on the mat and in the kitchen during the summer between high school and college.
