YOGA & COOKING RETREATS
In our 4-day wellness retreats, girls get to focus all of their energy on the cultivation of a healthy and happy lifestyle. In the morning, girls learn a broad spectrum of yoga poses, meditations, and mindfulness practices. The afternoons are spent on their feet in the kitchen, cooking plant-based recipes from beginning to end. All recipes are vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free. Girls learn that there are always healthy alternatives to our favorite dishes like pizza, spaghetti, mac n’ cheese, nachos, spring rolls, chocolate mousse, and even ice cream! All recipes showcase fresh, local, seasonal, and organic produce.
